Here's an update on the current real estate market in Calgary. As of 1:00 pm on November 15, 2010 we had 6,861 listings within the City of Calgary limits (single family homes and condos combined - Active and Pending). This a decrease by 600 from 7,441 on October 14, 2010. Number of sales in the last 30 days went down to 1,216 from 1,287 a month ago.
